STRAIGHT TO THE POINT

I BOUGHT a flight voucher for £25 from Ryanair for my daughter’s birthday, but I mistakenly typed her name as ‘Annie’, because that’s what we all call her. Her passport is ‘Anne’.

I’ve asked numerous times for a corrected voucher, but have had no joy. Will you have any better luck?

ryanair has apologised for the time it took to sort this out and has now sent you a voucher in the correct name. I COMPLAINED to Currys earlier this year about a faulty cooker I’d had delivered, but have still not received a reply.

There is a dent on it and although it is on the side facing the wall, it doesn’t seem right that my brand-new cooker was damaged on arrival.

it appears that your complaint slipped through the net earlier this year, for which Currys has apologised. as the dent is superficial, not visible and doesn’t affect the working performance of the cooker, Currys has offered a 50 pc refund of £150 which you have accepted.
