ENGLAND FANS’ PAPER PLANES BRING FIFA RAP

THE FA have been given an official FIFA warning over the paper planes thrown by fans at Wembley during last month’s 1-0 win over Slovenia. FIFA also imposed a £4,000 fine after England fans let off flares and hurled plastic bottles during the 1-0 win in Lithuania in a World Cup qualifier three days later. Lithuania were fined £3,800 for ‘improper conduct’ by their supporters during the England clash.
