I only get a speed of 0.3mbps and 19 of the 35 houses in my street have switched from Bt to a cable company to get better broadband.

As a Bt shareholde­r, I am annoyed that my shares have fallen in value by a third since January, yet the company’s failure to keep up with technology is forcing people to go elsewhere.
