Bristling at Harry’s beard

PRINCE Harry caused controversy by turning up to the service with a beard – with one critic even accusing him of ‘letting down’ the armed forces and breaking military rules.

The Army does not allow serving forces to have beards except in rare circumstances, such as for religious reasons. But his critics were wrong – since the prince is exempt as he left the Army in 2015.
