CHILDREN IN NEED ROCKS THE 80S, 8.30PM, BBC1

SINCE launching its first major appeal in 1980, Children In Need has raised more than £909 million for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. To celebrate and add to that incredible figure, Sara Cox and Fearne Cotton host a fundraising concert featuring some of the biggest acts of the 1980s, including Bananarama, Boy George, Erasure, Europe, Imagination, Jason Donovan, Nick Heyward, OMD and A-ha. The audience were invited to dress the part — so expect plenty of legwarmers and shoulder pads.
