EVEN if we eat healthily, getting the portion size right to keep our weight in check can still be a problem. In fact, few of us have any idea what a correct size portion is. A 2013 British Heart Foundation survey, for example, shows nearly nine out of ten of us pour out more than the 30g recommended serving of corn flakes.
