PHOTOGRAPHY business The Vitec Group has enjoyed a 40pc rise in its share price over the past 12 months.

In an update yesterday, the company said its trading for the four months ending October 31 was in line with expectations and reported a positive outlook for the market.

Investec, which selected Vitec as one of its top picks for 2017, said it was ‘pleased with the progress’ it has made.

Shares yesterday rose 1.9pc, or 20p, to 1065p.
