FIJIAN players have become renowned for respectful conduct and in Dublin they bowed one-by-one when presented to Irish president Michael Higgins before pushing the home side to the brink of a shock defeat. The visitors were beaten 23-20 and called it a ‘disappointing loss’. With that mindset, their humility, athleticism and improved organisation, Fiji can become a force.
