TODAY’S RECIPE: Cinnamon butter rum
WINTER warmer. Serves: 4.
Ingredients 25 g unsalted butter 2 tbsp golden caster sugar 2 small cinnamon sticks 200 ml spiced rum
1. Gently heat butter, sugar and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
2. Then stir in the spiced rum until warm, making sure not to boil. Pour into four small heatproof glasses to serve.
