Angst the star shared online

OVER the last few months, Miss McCall has posted a series of supposedly inspirational – yet cryptic – messages on social media.

The last one emerged the day before her split was announced. They include:

November 24: ‘Every morning we get a chance to be different. A chance to change. A chance to be better. Your past is your past. Leave it there. Get on with the future part.’

And later: ‘I really know about this one. I have made so many mistakes in my life. But there is always a new day.’

Nov 16: She shared a definition of the word ‘flawsome’ with her 738,000 Instagram followers saying it meant embracing your flaws but knowing you are ‘awesome’. Oct 9: ‘Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.’

Aug 11: She repeated a Native American proverb which read: ‘Listen to the wind, it talks. Listen to the silence, it speaks. Listen to your heart, it knows.’

July 16: ‘I am built from every mistake I ever made.’

July 7: ‘When I say “I’m fine” I actually mean “just hug me”.’

May 7: ‘Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end.’
