THEY’RE MEANT TO BE A FLAT BACK FOUR!
NEWCASTLE’S back four were split by Watford for Andre Gray’s goal. The move started with Richarlison standing beside DeAndre Yedlin, but the right back did not track the Brazilian, leaving him one on one with Florian Lejeune. Meanwhile, left back Javi Manquillo did not get back to mark Gray in the middle. Richarlison crossed, Ciaran Clark was in no-man’s land and Gray scored. Alan Shearer called it an ‘embarrassment’ on Match of the Day.
