Fit for her life with turmeric

WWHEN the things we're most passionate about centre around staying active, then looking after our joints and muscles becomes vital. especially as we age. This is how dressage and fitness enthusiast Anne Evans (picture4 aged 57, discovered the power of turmeric. Anne. from Cirenceste­r. Glos. has been tiding horses for 20 years and also loves gardening. Despite leading an active lift she began to find her pints were not quite what they were. 'I consider myself to be fit and active. However, age does eventually creep upon you, she says. 'Little niggles can restrict the amount of fun you can have, and I was determined this wasn't going to happen tome: A year ago, she started looking for a way to support her pints without taking medication and found a supplement made by a Cambridge-based company.
