Being a mum is a balancing act for India at 50

PRINCE Charles’s goddaughter, India Hicks, has long espoused the benefits of yoga and recently claimed that the exercise keeps her sane.

Now, the 50-year-old designer is making sure her daughter is getting into shape — at the age of just nine.

Sharing this picture online from Harbour Island in the Bahamas, where she lives with her family, Princess Diana’s bridesmaid shows off her impressive balancing skills as her lookalike daughter Domino stands with one leg on her right thigh.

‘ Flashes of flamingo,’ she captions the snap, in which she and Domino — whose father is India’s partner, former ad-man David Flint Wood — wear matching flamingo-patterned leggings.

‘Being an entrepreneur, I hope not only to inspire other women to stand on their own two feet but my own daughter as well,’ India tells me.
