FOR a healthy sweet treat, try a handful of grapes. They are packed with flavonoids, an antioxidant that studies show promotes healthy brain function and puts you in a better mood. They also contain antioxidant compounds called OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), natural energy boosters, and a micronutrient called resveratrol, which is thought to regulate blood pressure and cholesterol.
