NICOLA has cerebral palsy and wants to prove to employers she’s got what it takes. Marve has been visually impaired since birth and since he was made redundant from his job six years ago he has gradually lost confidence. Psychologist Nancy Doyle (pictured with Nicola) invites them both to her unique training centre where they learn how to access the `hidden’ jobs market and recapture confidence.
