÷ Talks between Disney and 21st Century Fox have been going on since November 6 ÷ If struck, Disney will buy movie studio 20th Century Fox, cable networks including FX and National Geographic, regional sports networks, and Fox’s holdings in Sky as well as Endemol Shine and India’s Star ÷ Fox would be left with Fox Sports and Fox News ÷ Fox shareholders would be given shares in this new firm plus shares in Disney, proportionate to their existing holdings ÷ Rupert Murdoch and his son Lachlan would continue to run Fox’s broadcast businesses
