Xmas lights that are just pants

WHOSE bright idea was this? In Walsall, locals eagerly awaited the town’s Christmas light display – only to find that it looked like Y-fronts hung out to dry.

Local John Wittlesea, 42, said: ‘My fiveyear-old could tell you these lights look more like pants on a washing line.’

Walsall Council did not comment.
