EVEN Downton’s snooty Lady Mary wouldn’t turn her nose up at this beautiful creation. Furniture maker David Linley, who just so happens to be the Queen’s nephew, has made a jewellery box that is a scaled down replica of Highclere Castle (the stately home in Hampshire where Downton Abbey was filmed). The jewellery box is hand-crafted from three different types of maple and is made of 10,944 pieces meticulously put together. The box has three main drawers and a secret one hidden inside. But hurry — only five have been made in a very limited production run.
