SATURDAY saw the meeting of the Premier League’s oldest and youngest managers, with 30 years separating 70-year-old Palace boss Roy Hodgson and Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe, who turned 40 last month. The biggest-ever age gap between Premier League bosses was 37 years between Newcastle’s Bobby Robson (70) and Fulham’s Chris Coleman (33).
