ENGINEERING giant Wood Group fell after its core oil and gas business struggled.
The firm has seen softer demand for its services as oil producers cut budgets, and said it expects earnings to be between £443m and £457m.
It is co-operating with the Serious Fraud Office over Amec Foster Wheeler, which it acquired in October, over its dealings with Unaoil, as investigators probe suspected bribery and corruption.
Shares fell by 7.3pc, or 49.5p, to 629.5p.
