Robson returns to her Dutch coach

- By MIKE DICKSON

LAURA ROBSON has been reunited with the coach who took her to a Wimbledon junior title triumph in 2008 as she bids to revitalise her senior career. Robson was just 14 when, under the guidance of Martijn Bok, she caused a sensation by winning the girls’ title. They split in 2010 as she began to make her way in the senior

ranks, but has gone back to the now 44-year-old Dutchman after a succession of coaches. The pair have been practising together in Bradenton, Florida, and are due to travel

to Australia where she will play some qualifying events. The Briton, 23, is likely to be playing doubles with world singles No 10 Coco Vandeweghe at the Australian Open. Meanwhile, Roger Federer is to be named BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year for a record fourth time, after he won the Australian Open and Wimbledon in 2017.
