GET SHAMPOO SAVVY
I RAN a hair salon for 12 years, so it might surprise you that I use Tesco Everyday Value Shampoo, 50p for 1L. But I’ve learned that any bog-standard one does the trick. Pricier brands leave a film on the hair, making it limp, which is bad if yours is thinning like mine. Far better to invest in quality conditioner, as it makes more difference to shine.
EXFOLIATION ROUTINE
REGULAR exfoliation is vital to buff away dead skin and refresh your complexion. AS I’VE got older, my body shape has changed: this also affects my bra size. So I get measured at Marks & Spencer every two years — more often if I notice weight change. START A BLOG
IT’S never too late to pursue a passion — I changed career at 51, after reading an article about over 50s lifestyle bloggers. I thought, wow, that’s what I want to do!
