Police aware of ‘racist attack’ on Sterling
MANCHESTER CITY will speak to winger Raheem Sterling today to see if he wants to take further action over an incident on Saturday when he was allegedly attacked and racially abused before the club’s 4-1 victory over Tottenham. Police are aware of the incident. The 23-year-old was approached by a man at the players’ entrance at City’s training base. It is alleged the man kicked Sterling before calling him a ‘n*****’.
