LEAGUE LE TWO THIS TH WEEKEND

- TOM FARMERY

HERO OF THE WEEK

dANNY HYLTON: Forget that they had scored their 50th league goal of the season, Luton were given plenty of work to do against Forest Green when Jack Stacey was sent off at 1-0 up. It was up to Hylton, the league’s top scorer, to make things a little more comfortable when he took advantage of an horrendous error by goalkeeper Bradley Collins to grab his 13th goal of the season. Three more points towards the title bid.

ZERO OF THE WEEK

MARK COOPER: At this stage of the season you start to get a good idea of where teams will eventually finish. Unfortunately for Mark Cooper, after 22 games his Forest Green side — beaten 2-0 by Luton — are bottom of the table.

GOAL OF THE WEEK

CALLUM AINLEY: The Crewe midfielder controlled George Cooper’s crossfield ball inside the Crawley box before turning Enzio Boldewijn and rifling a right-footed effort past goalkeeper Glenn Morris.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

MARK McGHEE: ‘Satisfied,’ was the word used by the Barnet manager after his side recorded a 2-1 win against Morecambe to move out of the relegation zone. ‘Generally we had a plan and we stuck to it and it saw us through.’

STAT OF THE WEEK

LINCOLN have now won three games on the bounce. The Imps moved closer to the automatic promotions spots with a 2- 0 victory against Accrington Stanley.
