Not so princely pay

I AM astonished by the claim that Ocado delivery drivers are making as much as £250 a day (Mail).

Whether you work for Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco or Asda, drivers are lucky to bring home £90 a day for a nine-hour shift, irrespective of whether it is the festive season.

I was a Tesco delivery driver in Milton Keynes, and at £8.42 an hour my pay was barely above the minimum wage. DAVID STANLEY, Flitwick, Beds.
