THE wife of Rentokil’s regional boss has cashed in £432,390 worth of shares.

Anne Moffroid, the wife of Alain Moffroid, Rentokil’s managing director for the Pacific, sold 140,000 shares at 308.85p.

Neither Moffroid nor Alain Moffroid’s overall shareholding has been disclosed.

Alain Moffroid joined the pest control company in 2013 from Unilever where he held the role of vice-president of customer development, Unilever Asia and Africa.

That followed a number of senior positions with Unilever Australasia.
