Jamie beats Nigella book

JAMIE Oliver has won the battle of the festive cookbooks. The 42-year-old has sold 716,071 copies of his 5 Ingredients book.

His sales were almost six times those of Nigella Lawson’s latest effort, At My Table, which sold just 124,140 despite being tipped as a Christmas bestseller. In 2010, Oliver’s 30-Minute Meals became the fastest selling nonfiction book of all time, selling the equivalent of 10,500 copies a day.
