DONALD Trump declared ‘the numbers will speak’ as he signed a sweeping £1.2tn tax reform bill into law.

It is the biggest change to the US tax code in 30 years and is a signature achievement for the US president after a tumultuous year. Congress approved the bill on Wednesday, and Trump signed it yesterday in the White House, saying: ‘It’s going to be fantastic for the economy. Corporations are literally going wild.’
