THE Met Gala is the high point of the fashion calendar and each has a theme. You could be forgiven for thinking 2017’s edict was ‘trapped in a car wash’. In fact it was Comme Des Garcons in honour of the Japanese label which designed Rihanna’s eyecatching outfit.
