OF course he is a very good player and, yes, he is very effective for his team. But he dives. And referees have got to wise up to him. If there is doubt, don’t give it. And if you tolerate and try to make excuses for it — he runs fast, he draws fouls — you are condoning it. He is a very, very good footballer but he should stand up in the box, try to score a goal.
