Fear of attack by acid drones

-

FEARS of terrorist acid attacks by drone were raised last night after Russia said jihadists had developed the ability to carry out attacks using unmanned weapons ‘in any country’.

The Russian military said it thwarted an attack against two bases in Syria by 13 drones carrying mines launched more than 30 miles away.

They were either shot down by missiles or ‘hijacked’ by a cyberware unit.

It is feared UK-based terror groups could drop corrosive acid from drones if they were unable to use explosives.
