Holiday claims

ONe in five Britons has been contacted about making a compensation claim for holiday illness, says travel association ABTA. Most were cold-called, texted or emailed, but some were approached at airports or on holiday. some claims firms have been accused of encouraging holidaymakers to make a false claim. This can result in a large fine or prison sentence.
