PURPLE: THE RULES

PICK the best tone for your complexion. The cooler your skin tone, the darker the shade of purple you can wear.

TO TONE down the ‘loudness’ of ultra-violet, mix with neutrals such as black, grey or camel.

PAIR ultra-violet with other bold colours — oranges, emeralds and yellows are all excellent matches.

IF PURPLE clothes feel too bold, indigo boots or a plum-coloured bag will add interest to an outfit.
