Evening wear was one of the fastest growing categories in the final three months of 2017. The priciest item sold in its evening wear range was a £ 15,500 crystal-embellished silk and chiffon gown, while its most expensive item sold overall was a diamond bracelet for £38,000. The popularity of the group’s luxury goods sent revenue soaring by almost 7pc to £511.3m in the last three months of 2017, compared to the same period a year earlier, the firm said.
