CORSICAN CUISINE

The Hairy Bikers’ Mediterranean Adventure, 8pm, BBC2 AS THEIR jolly, sun-drenched journey continues, Si King and Dave Myers’s next stop is Corsica. Their first port of call is Bonifacio, in the south of the island, where they hear about the ‘holy trinity’ of meat, cheese and chestnuts that forms the basis of the island’s cuisine.
