City scouts were in Lille again on Wednesday as they continue to monitor midfielder Boubakary Soumare. The 18-year-old has broken into Lille’s first team this season after leaving Paris Saint-Germain in July. City are also interested in Nice’s Jean Michael Seri and Fred of Shakhtar Donetsk.
