A RUSSIAN propaganda video displaying the Kremlin’s armed forces, shown in 2016, was ‘information warfare at its best’. It claims Russia has at least 1,000 helicopters, 100 warships and 600 fighter planes including stealth bombers and a Sukhoi Su-27 that has sophisticated avionics, high manoeuvrability and a range of 2,000 miles. A map, right, suggests that Moscow’s submarines can fire ballistic missiles that would hit Texas.
