SANTI CAZORLA is targeting a return to action in 2019 after the 10th operation of his career seven weeks ago. The Spanish midfielder, 33, has not played for Arsenal since October 2016 and has had multiple operations on his right ankle. He told RTVE: ‘If things go well, maybe next year I can play at the top level again.’
