JOHNNY SEXTON showed his class as Ireland played their get-out-of-jail card in Paris — not just by dispatching one of the finest drop goals in Test history, but with the well-judged gamble of a cross-kick in the build-up. But when the dust settles, the Irish will accept they were poor. They won due to character, but chronically lacked a cutting edge.
