No Grindr for TV’s Rinder

-

CRIMINAL barrister Rob Rinder has been accused by Bob Marshall-Andrews QC of bringing the law into disrepute by becoming a reality star. But the presenter of ITV’s Judge Rinder and former Stricly contestant insists he is not ‘embarrassed’.

‘I don’t worry about what people think,’ he says. ‘Bob Marshall-Andrews criticised me for doing reality TV and I thought: “Oh! Poor darling, no!”’ I would not get out of bed if I did worry what people think. The thing is, OK, I did Strictly but it was all very lovely and gentle.’

Rinder, 39, recently broke up with with Seth Cumming — a former political adviser to George Osborne — after 11 years. ‘Yes I am single again but I don’t think I’m on the market as such. Oh please! I won’t be doing [gay hook-up app] Grindr.’
