TEARFUL VONN VOWS TO WIN FOR GRANDFATHER

LINDSEY VONN broke down in tears as she vowed to win a second Olympic gold in memory of her late grandfather. The US skiier is the marquee name here and when her grandfather Don Kildow, who died in November, was discussed in yesterday’s press conference, she said: ‘I want so badly to do well for him. My grandfather taught my father how to ski. It’s thanks to him it is in our family.’
