JESSICA, the daughter of Bruce Springsteen (above, who’s worth an estimated £220 million), is one of America’s top showjumpers. She inherited her love of horses from her mother, former backing singer, Patti Scialfa, and got her first pony aged six.

She says she’s fought hard to overcome the stereotype of a spoilt princess and has a reputation for good manners and hard work, though daddy’s cash does help. In 2012 he bought the horse that won Team GB an Olympic gold. The exact price isn’t known, but horses of that calibre can sell for £5 million.
