Bill Haas withdrew after being involved in a fatal car crash just outside the venue, situated along Sunset Boulevard, on Tuesday night. Haas was the passenger in a Ferrari driven by friend Mark Gibello, who died at the scene. Haas, who suffered no broken bones, has been released from hospital.
