Ban on talking to women for serial flasher
A SERIAL flasher was banned yesterday from talking to any woman he does not know for the next five years.
The drastic measure was imposed on Jason Littlewood after he dropped his trousers in front of a woman, asking: ‘What do you think of this?’ At the time the 48-year-old was wearing stockings and suspenders to fulfil a sexual fetish.
He has been given a five-year sexual harm prevention order banning him from ‘contacting, approaching, or communicating with any female whom he does not know in a public place other than to obtain goods or services’.
The incident took place in Carlisle in the early hours of November 19. Giving evidence at his trial, the victim said she was accosted by Littlewood outside a nightclub. He offered her cocaine, talked of liking lingerie then, without warning, exposed himself.
Littlewood, from Whinny Hill, County Durham, denied indecent exposure, claiming it was an accident. But Carlisle magistrates found him guilty, saying his act was ‘clearly intentional’.
The construction worker, who has previous convictions for exposing himself and sending indecent messages, was also told to do 200 hours of unpaid work.
