J-Law, a rainbow on the red carpet

IT’S a far cry from the black dress she wore to the Baftas just the night before.

Jennifer Lawrence lit up the red carpet last night in a glittery rainbow gown for the London premiere of her new film. The Hollywood actress, 27, showed off a plunging neckline in a dress with a flowing pleated skirt featuring striped pastel colours.

The film Red Sparrow stars Miss Lawrence as a Russian spy who falls for a CIA officer played by Joel Edgerton. British stars Charlotte Rampling and Jeremy Irons are also in the cast. Miss Lawrence recently announced she is taking a break from acting to focus on political activism in the US.
