O’Leary reveals Samcro plan

SAMCRO will run in the Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle rather than the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and was cut to 8-11 favourite last night. Owner Michael O’Leary also confirmed Apple’s Jade will try to win the OLBG Mares’ Hurdle again rather than run in the longer Stayers’ Hurdle. Humphrey Bogart, fifth in the 2016 Derby for Richard Hannon, could make his debut over obstacles for Nicky Henderson in Saturday’s Dovecote Hurdle at Kempton.
