JOSE MOURINHO says Paul Pogba will play in United’s FA Cup game at Huddersfield, after answering questions about crisis talks between the two. Mourinho dismisses talk of a rift between the pair as ‘lies and bull****’.

SATURDAY

POGBA rings club doctor Steve McNally to say he is unwell and unable to play. Mourinho is informed shortly afterwards. Teenager Ethan Hamilton is promoted to the squad in his place. Pogba undergoes light training session at Carrington at 12.30.

SUNDAY

THE France midfielder arrives for training with the rest of the squad at 11am, after declaring himself fit.

TUESDAY

MOURINHO is again angered by questions about his £89million man. Pogba takes part in open training session at 11am along with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and is told he is in travelling party. The squad fly to Seville at 3pm.

WEDNESDAY

HE starts on the bench, with Ander Herrera taking his place alongside Scott McTominay.
