PRIMARK owner Associated British Foods has appointed former M&G boss Michael McLintock as chairman.
The non-executive director at the retailer and sugar producer since November
Michael McLintock, 56 Chairman, Associated British Foods
replaces Charles Sinclair who is stepping down on April 11.
McLintock, 56, has a track record of reviving large companies and was credited with the turnaround of asset managers M&G. He joined ABF’s board last year and is also a non-executive director at property firm Grosvenor Group.
