THE IOC president had the audacity to pat his own back with saccharine celebrations of peace in the opening ceremony a fortnight ago after uniting Korea for a few hockey matches. Never mind that Kim Jong Un was parading his missiles the day before. But perhaps Bach might have been better advised sticking to events that are within his jurisdiction. Like Russia.
