Now 48, J-Lo appears to be in the best shape of her life, and she works hard for her body. She’s said to be a big fan of workouts that incorporat­e dance and high repetition weight training. ‘I am 100 per cent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,’ she has said.

WHAT TO TRY: The Arabesque knee lift is great for firming buttocks. Start by kneeling on all fours. Rotate your torso to the right, simultaneo­usly shift your body weight onto the right knee and right hand. Extend your left arm upwards and your left leg straight back behind you. Lift your right foot, balancing on right knee, and hold for a few seconds. Lower right foot back to the start position and repeat. Perform ten repetition­s and then switch to the other leg. Do three sets.
